Homepage concept by Atelier Vivance for the Port of Centralia Website RFP. Not an official Port website. How it answers the RFP

Common tasks

Design note. Today the homepage is written for one audience (businesses relocating). Residents and contractors who come for agendas or rosters have to find them in a menu whose top items lead nowhere ("About the Port" and "Documents Center" link to "#"). These four tiles put the most common visits one tap away.

Open government

Commission meetings

Pick a meeting and everything about it is in one place: agenda, packet, minutes and the captioned recording.

No meetings match that search.

Design note. On 1 Nov 2026 the current Meeting Agendas & Minutes page held 291 PDF links on a single page, and recordings sit on YouTube, separate from their agendas. The RFP asks for recordings linked to their agendas and minutes, with captions, and accessible documents ahead of the April 26, 2028 ADA Title II date. This is that requirement made visible.

Captions on. Every recording, every word.
